Now Training works closely with Registered Training Organisations offering Government subsidised places to individuals and businesses throughout Victoria wherever possible.
The Nationally Accredited Training courses offered that are Government funded via the Victorian State Government Skills First Program scheme, provide eligible individuals access to government subsidised training for a large range of courses. Through Skills First, quality training providers can successfully deliver courses to meet the needs of students, industry and the economy.
For individuals eligible for Skills First funding, the Victorian government will make a contribution to the cost of the training course, significantly reducing overall fees paid by the participant.
Skills First provides:
- Better support for apprentices and trainees
- More options for older workers (retrain and up-skill as our economy changes)
- A commitment to high quality training
- Stability when you commence training
- Government subsidised training places on a wide range of courses
By providing free or low-cost access to selected courses across a variety of prominent industries, Victorian residents gain access to better employment options and greater professional prospects that allow them to thrive in their future endeavours.
